What Is the Smile Design Process Like?
The smile design process begins with getting a consultation and a thorough dental evaluation. With advanced imaging technology, we can capture digital scans of your dental structures, teeth and jaw. These high resolution images can help to easily identify and explain any dental concerns we detect and discuss various treatment approaches. From this we will propose the best approach just for you.
During our consultation we will also identify any input from you to accompany the observations from our digital scans to find what procedures will enhance and pronounce a beautiful smile that is just right for you.
3D Digital Scans & Exam
The first step is to do a 3D scan and an exam so the doctor can determine the best approach by knowing the ins and outs of your teeth, mouth and jaw.
Treatment planning
Once your consultation is complete, the doctor will present you with a treatment plan custom to your smile and budget so you know the exact steps needed.
Begin Procedures
To make your smile just how you envisioned, this could take a single visit or it may take multiple, depending on the selected procedures and your needs.

Smile Makeovers
You get your consultation... Whats next?
Once you and the doctor have decided on the treatments you’d like to have, we explain how your treatment plan will be accomplished. Depending on the amount of dental work you require, your smile makeover may take a single appointment or several appointments that are spaced apart while healing occurs or restorations are fabricated. If your smile makeover plan includes porcelain veneers, crowns, or dental implants, we will once again use the 3D technology to take digital impressions of the teeth and gums to help design custom restorations that fit comfortably and look natural. The doctor will inform you of any preparation your teeth will require and explain the placement process for the restorations involved in your treatment plan. When the final restorations are fitted and placed, you will be able to enjoy your rejuvenated smile!
