SpaceNav is looking for a skilled and committed Technical Project Engineer to become a key member of our innovative team. In this key leadership role, you will lead and manage engineering initiatives across multiple contracts, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with overarching program objectives.

As the Technical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and strategic roadmaps to guide engineering efforts. Your leadership will help our teams stay focused, meet deadlines, and continuously improve in delivering exceptional results. The essential roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Create and maintain a detailed project execution schedule.
  • Track project progress while assisting in the management of resources and budget.
  • Manage effective communications between customer, team, and senior management.
  • Continuously enhance program and task execution by introducing new methodologies, tools, and strategies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Skilled at breaking down complex, large-scale projects into manageable tasks to ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer or electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field.
  • PMP certification highly desirable
  • Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, and automated test.
  • US Citizenship required.

The salary range for the role is $110,000 - $135,000 per year.
