The Stage Hand Loader role involves performing the load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental equipment, cabling, assisting audio and lighting crew as directed, ensuring band members have required items to perform, assisting the Stage Manager with show passes, maintaining and securing House Backline and supplies, maintaining curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items, assisting audio and lighting crews with equipment, and operating and caring for stage areas in a safe, clean manner. Preferred but not required qualifications include 1 year of tour and stage production experience, experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
