Senior SAP FICO/FSCM Business Analyst (Remote – AR, Credit, Collections)
Remote

Drive financial process excellence and shape enterprise-wide SAP solutions.
We’re seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven Senior SAP FICO/FSCM Business Analyst to lead the optimization of finance systems—especially around Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Collections, and Cash Application—in a collaborative, enterprise environment. You'll play a critical role in shaping, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA functionality that directly impacts cash flow and operational performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design and configuration for SAP FI-AR, FSCM Credit & Collections, and Cash Application solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and implement functional requirements across AR and finance operations.
• Ensure smooth integration with Sales & Distribution (SD), Treasury, and Controlling (CO) modules.
• Support end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance, collaborating with internal teams and systems integrators.
• Optimize cash application processes including lockbox and EBS integration.
• Serve as a liaison between finance and IT, ensuring SAP solutions align with business goals.
• Provide user support, documentation, and training to drive adoption and long-term value.
• Own key project management activities including charters, plans, risk assessments, and milestone tracking.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in finance systems, including 5+ years with SAP FICO in full-cycle implementations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP FI-AR, Credit Management (FSCM-CR), and Collections Management.
• Expertise with Cash Application, Lockbox, and EBS integration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Finance and Fiori apps highly preferred).
• Understanding of SD-FI integration and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a talent for translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, MIS, or related field (or 14 years of equivalent experience).

Preferred Experience

• Working within mid-size to large organizations ($100M–$1B+ revenue).
• Collaborating with 300+ user SAP environments.
• Supporting global finance operations in a regulated or compliance-driven industry.
