Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join team in Anchorage, AK.

Position:

Acute Inpatient Child & Adolescent program.

Responsibilities:

1. Focus on patients: You will complete initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, discharges, patient documentation, treatment team meetings, and daily care of assigned patients.
2. Setting: Mostly inpatient with optional available OP, PHP, or RTC volume available if interested.
3. Flexible scheduling options: Open to variations of block scheduling or Monday-Friday; Open to hybrid in-person/remote arrangements.
4. Minimal call/weekend coverage: 1:5 Saturday/Sunday rounding and once per week evening call (phone only).

Compensation & Benefits

1. Base salary range: $330,000-$350,000, determined by experience level, qualifications, job fit, and other factors.
2. Malpractice insurance coverage.
3. 26 days of Paid Time Off annually.
