Position: Recruitment - Experienced Hire Recruiter Location: SAN FRANCISCO CA 94105 Duration: 6+ months Rate: $37/Hr on W2 An Experienced Hire Recruiter must meet the recruiting needs of designated hiring entities through managing the end-to-end process of recruitment in a cost-effective and timely manner. Responsibilities include working with hiring partners/executives to identify sourcing requirements, creating clear job descriptions, posting jobs, CV selection and screening, interviewing candidates, acting as the key contact for candidates, managing feedback, and overseeing the offer and onboarding process. Effectively manage recruitment vendors, perform reporting, advise on sourcing strategies, and communicate job briefings. Negotiate terms and provide service performance feedback.
