Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Wealth Advisor to join a premier financial advisory firm in South Florida . This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong book of business to join a dynamic, client-focused team that values integrity, innovation, and long-term relationships.

As a Wealth Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized financial strategies to high-net-worth individuals and families. You will have access to robust resources, a collaborative environment, and the autonomy to grow your practice within a supportive infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a book of business with $100M-$500M in transferrable Assets Under Management (AUM)
  • Provide comprehensive wealth management services including investment planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and retirement planning
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to deliver holistic financial solutions
  • Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial planning strategies
  • Uphold the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility and ethical conduct

Qualifications

  • Minimum $100M in transferrable AUM (up to $500M preferred)
  • Series 65 license required
  • CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of success in wealth management or private banking
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and planning strategies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first approach
