• Remove and dispose of garbage throughout the entire plant
• Transport soiled smoke trucks and smoke sticks to washroom
• Responsible for scrap removal
• Sanitize barrels
• Clean and sanitize as instructed to meet GMPs
• Assist receiving clerk by pushing and pulling tubs, lifting stock or other containers in the receiving process
• Responsible for the upkeep of the loading docks, including cleaning and sanitation
• Must obtain and maintain Hilo and pallet jack license distributed by the company
• Stand during the entire shift (aside from breaks)
• Supply any materials needed in any production operations
• Adhere to SOP's, SSOPS's, GMP's, Lock Out Tag Out, and MIOSHA guidelines and procedures
• Adhere to company policy and procedure
• Miscellaneous assignments as assigned
• Your role in supporting our Food Safety Management System is to ensure that all policies, procedures, documentation, and behaviors are consistently followed by yourself and your co-workers. If at any time you observe actions or behaviors that are inconsistent with our stated programs you are required to notify your supervisor.
Must be at least 18 years old
EDUCATION / TRAINING:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and recording abilities
• Experience working with prepared food products a plus
• Obtain company issued powered industrial truck license
