What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead projects independently and develop approaches for tackling design challenges.

• Mentor and guide junior designers while taking ownership of team projects.
• Collaborate with UX research teams to conduct usability tests and gather user feedback.

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 4-7 years of professional experience with a product design-focused portfolio, demonstrating expertise in UX strategy, interaction design, and visual execution.
• Formal training in User Experience, Product Design, or Human Factors, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Figma/Sketch.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate projects amidst ambiguity and uncertainty.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with admin dashboards and tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage tasks, deadlines, and schedules.
