\nLength of contract: 13 weeks
\nGSA: up to 36 hours per week. Hours not guaranteed week of orientation or during the holidays where the unit is closed.
\n**Facility can cancel one shift biweekly without penalty**
\nShift requirement: 12 hour nights (6:45pm-7:15am) *NO BLOCK SCHEDULING*
\nFloat Requirements : Must float to MSO and Ortho units, potential to float to ICU to care for non-critical patients
\nOn Call/Call Back Requirements: None
\nWeekend Rotation Requirements: Every other weekend (Friday and Saturday)
\nHoliday Rotation Requirements: Every other holiday\n\nRequired Licenses and Certifications: Active NC or Compact state license, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS
\nMinimum Experience (yrs in specialty): 2+ years; no new travelers, must have completed at least 1 travel contract
\nCharting Experience: EPIC required\n\nNurse to patient ratio: 1:5-6 (PCU with some acute tele mixed in)
\nUnit description: 37 bed unit. Step-down, cardiac, medical, neuro, surgical stepdown nurse\n\n
