We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our evolving team. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of sales experience and have a desire to build a career in sales within the staffing industry. Technical Recruiters at RightClick are positioned to advance their sales career through our comprehensive career progression program beginning at Recruiter to a client-facing Account Executive role.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Recruitment & Placements

  • Learn the foundation of our business through recruiting, allowing you to better sell it in the future.
  • Align recruitment efforts with personal and professional goals.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to source top-tier IT candidates.
  • Conduct virtual interviews to assess technical skills, motivations, and compensation expectations.
  • Strategically address candidate concerns while highlighting role benefits in pre-closing interactions with candidates.
  • Participate in continuous Learning and Development (L&D) programs for career advancement.

Sales

  • Shadow virtual and onsite client meetings with the sales team.
  • Begin establishing a book of clients by gathering market knowledge from candidate interactions.
  • Consistently achieve monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics.
  • Establish a goal-oriented mindset by strategizing recruiting efforts to achieve gross profit goals.

Relationship Management

  • Establish a robust professional network through maintaining relationships with placed and unplaced candidates.
  • Leverage candidate relationships for market insights and referrals.
  • Leadership
  • Mentor junior team members as needed.
  • Support L&D in Junior Recruiter training programs.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience (client facing preferred).
  • Proven success in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
  • Internally driven and sales-focused.
  • Ability to recruit and place both temporary and permanent candidates.
  • Experience logging and tracking sales metrics through an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with Bullhorn proficiency preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Staffing & Recruiting industry and available career paths.
  • Ability to learn quickly, expand on existing skills, and take risks.
  • Self-disciplined and committed to pursuing opportunities for self-development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Success in upselling services through client interactions.
  • Previous experience holding a mentor, coach, or lead position.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
