We are seeking an Experienced Swimming Pool Sales Agent in North East Florida to join our team! You will be responsible for calling leads and attending on site appointments to sell in-ground concrete and fiberglass swimming pools. Our company provides the leads and the marketing and assists with scheduling and tracking of prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Have the ability to come into the office during the week to go over progress and leads with owners and sales coordinator
• Completes all contract documents (templates provided), obtain signatures, financing qualification if needed, site plan sufficient for county permitting. Preference given for experience with 3D rendering programs such as Structure Studios or similar.

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields - Preference given to experience with swimming pool installation services
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must have a valid Florida Drivers License and reliable transportation. Job is a commission based payment schedule (10-99).
