Responsibilities Build a Culture of Working Back from the Customer Lead a sales culture focused on store performance. Ensure exceptional customer experiences by empowering your team. Create an engaging store environment. Maintain all merchandising and operational standards in line with Brand Standards. Develop a High Performing Crew Hire, engage, and develop talented employees. Foster an inclusive and caring culture. Provide coaching, training, and feedback. Partner with District Managers and HR for employee development and relations. Ensure a safe environment for customers and staff. Implement a talent plan to attract and retain top talent. Support career growth through development planning. Build internal and external networks for recruitment and succession planning. Drive a Consistent Business Analyze business results and strategize for improvement. Balance priorities effectively. Manage payroll, schedules, and financial controls. Oversee receiving, stocking, inventory, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and legal requirements.
