Established and growing private equity backed company in Broward County (on-site with flexibility for remote when needed) is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their growing team. Report to the VP of FP&A and work closely with the CFO, both of whom are excellent leaders and mentors. They take great pride in promoting from within the company. Very established and stable organization. Responsibilities include building/maintaining financial models, complex scenario analysis, M&A due diligence and integration support, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI analysis, and for reporting to senior leadership. Background: ~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field ~6-8 years of progressive FP&A experience ~ Must have hands-on experience building financial models from scratch ~ Advanced Excel skills required ~ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills ~ NetSuite experience
