Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative with Mission Restoration, your primary focus will be generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales. You’ll use your skills to identify and pursue leads, introduce clients to our roofing and restoration services, and guide them through the sales process from initial consultation to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and Generate Leads : Identify potential clients through door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and other lead generation tactics.
• Conduct Sales Presentations : Meet with potential customers to assess their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Close Sales : Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to client.
• Build Strong Relationships : Develop lasting relationships with clients, helping them navigate the process and ensuring they feel confident in choosing Mission Restoration.
• Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals through proactive outreach and closing skills.
• Collaborate with the Team : Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Sales Experience : Previous experience in door-to-door sales, field sales, or any commission-based sales environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong Communication Skills : Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally with clients.
• Motivated and Results-Oriented : A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer-Centric : Focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-Starter : Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a 1099 sales environment.
• Insurance & Restoration Knowledge (Preferred) : While not required, experience with insurance claims or the restoration industry is a plus.
