We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Project Manager (Non-IT) to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role will support the operations logistics for a creative team involved in various design and marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coordinate the work activities of designers and offshore resources.
• Participate in internal client meetings, providing guidance and solution-oriented support.
• Support operations logistics for a team working on presentation decks, microsites, UX/UI work, marketing assets, and video production.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project alignment with their objectives.
• Develop and refine processes tailored to customer needs, including project plans, scopes, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Effectively allocate resources to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing peers to establish design and production expectations for projects.
• Review brand guidelines and advise customers on alternative solutions.

Skills

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
• Attention to detail for managing program elements, progress, and timing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and apply business rules and concepts.
• Proven experience in marketing with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Knowledge of fundamental project management concepts, practices, and procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management tools like Optimizely and Monday.com.
• Familiarity with workflow management systems like Aprimo.
• Knowledge of database solutions like Salesforce.
