Position Overview
This is a unique hybrid role that combines client customer service and full-cycle project management . You’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, from initial consultation to project completion, and you’ll coordinate with contractors and internal staff to ensure that every project runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through the entire home buying and construction process, from initial inquiry to final walkthrough.
Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
Coordinate with internal staff and everyone needed for a successful project completion.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and project milestones.
Clearly communicate updates and next steps to clients and team members.
Solve problems proactively and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.
Maintain detailed project records and documentation.
New home project experience is not necessary!
