What's In It For You? Competitive Pay & Bonuses
- Starting at $20.00/hr (Days) and $21.30/hr (Nights). **We are in need of night shift at this time**
- Night Schedule- 4:45pm-5am on a 3-2-2-3 schedule.
- Guaranteed hourly bonus for the first 90 days!
- Earn up to $6/hr more by hitting production goals after 90 days.

What Will You Be Doing?- Stack aluminum ingots (28 lbs each) and handle products with care.
- Conduct quality checks to make sure everything meets our high standards.
- Operate forklifts to transport finished products. (Don't have forklift experience? We'll train you!)
- Perform routine maintenance and be part of a team that keeps everything running smoothly.
- Safety First: Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear to keep yourself and others safe.
No experience? Don't worry, we'll teach you everything you need to know! This is your entry point into a stable, long-term career in manufacturing, and we're all about helping you grow. Whether you're stacking aluminum ingots or learning forklift operation, you'll be hands-on and contributing from day one.
Who You Are: - At least 18 years old and ready to jump into a fast-paced role.
- Positive and motivated, eager to take on new challenges.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and work in both heat and cold.
- Able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen (we take safety seriously!).
- Have forklift experience? Awesome! No experience? No worries - we'll train you!
