Product Sample Representative in Target at Advantage Solutions summary:

The Product Sample Representative engages retail customers by offering food and beverage samples, promoting new products, and enhancing their shopping experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

Now, about you: 

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours 
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment 
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills 
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
