Position Overview
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to the Agent
Report to: CEO

Ideal candidate will have a dedication to excellence and superb work ethic, as well as top-notch organizational and time prioritization skills. As a fantastic communicator, your role is to assist the CEO, keep confidences, and to be prepared, organized, and ready for anything that will further propel the success of the Agency. Role & Responsibilities:
Complete directives timely as given and as needed
Provide administrative, support to the CEO/Agent/Office
Impeccable calendar and phone management skills, including managing calendar, email, team and client meetings, and contacts for all services and events
Manage the team events for cohesive and successful event management
Prepare communication and correspondence from clients and CEO to the work teams
Manage all pre and post logistics for events and weekly tasks
Outstanding organization capabilities and the ability to prioritize and work within timeframe constraints, while keeping all key persons in loop with high-level summaries
Detailed note taker with an ability to write up agendas, meeting recaps, and draft professional emails
Assist in researching information on potential clients
Create and prepare pricing proposals, menus and event accessories as needed
Demonstrable experience working with Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Office, CRMs, Outlook, and quickly learning our specialized Salesforce CRM system
Be diligent in actively managing special projects and additional responsibilities as they arise
Effectively contribute to the creative process with the CEO and team
Provide high-level confidential support to the CEO and clients
Demonstrated proficiency in using LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Provide assistance for personal tasks to CEO
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Associates or higher degree in business preferred, or certification in a related field
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage and execute projects simultaneously
Proven ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
Driven professional that is proactive in getting results
Demonstrated trustworthiness, discretion and be intuitive
Demonstrate flexibility, dependability, and willingness to travel to events as needed
Demonstrable experience working with Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
Proficiency on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social medias
- Must be willing to obtain a P&C license
**Must be located in or near the Norcross area
