Product Excellence: Represent a curated collection of fine jewelry ranging from $100 to $100,000, offering something special for every client and occasion.

Growth Opportunities: Develop valuable skills in luxury sales, gemology, and client relationship management with opportunities for GIA certification and advancement.

• Creating exceptional shopping experiences for clients seeking fine jewelry
• Building lasting relationships through personalized service and consistent follow-up
• Developing expertise in our extensive inventory to match clients with their perfect piece
• Maintaining our beautiful showroom and adhering to security protocols
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment where everyone celebrates each other's successes
• Meeting sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and service

• Has at least one year of retail sales experience (luxury retail experience is a plus)
• Possesses excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
• Demonstrates attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Shows enthusiasm for learning about fine jewelry, gemstones, and industry trends
• Is comfortable with technology including CRM systems and point-of-sale software
• Values teamwork and contributes positively to a collaborative environment
