Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What you bring to SBHG (qualifications): Master's degree in a Mental Health, Human Services, or closely related field. Experience Two (2) years’ experience in mental health field, and direct service experience with severely emotionally disturbed families/children; experience with high risk families/children. Experience should be with children or adolescents with dual diagnosis in residential or outpatient settings. MHS II: Registered with CA BBS as an MFT Intern or ASW. MHS III: Licensed in California as LMFT or LCSW. Must possess a valid CA driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver eligibility policy. How you will make a difference (job overview): Licensed/waivered/registered mental health therapists, professional clinical counselors, social workers or psychologists with at least one (1) year of experience each, in providing therapy with children and TAY clients and their families. EPI MHS team members will conduct individual therapy/family therapy at least once per week out in the community or office setting. The EPI MHS team members will participate in the didactic trainings, consultation calls, webinars and fidelity reviews as required by DMH according to their discipline. The EPI team will participate in community outreach at least one hour a week during the program. Participate in EPI team meetings at least once a week order to assign assessed clients; discuss screened clients, outreach efforts, and progress in treatment; and coordinate outreach efforts. All EPI team members and the EPI team supervisor should be present. After the initial phase of community outreach, EPI team members will screen, enroll, and assess clients utilizing, among other tools, the Structured Interview for Psychosis-Risk Syndromes (SIPS), Mini-SIPS and the SCID. EPI team member shall conduct an initial screening for all referred clients within 2 business days of referral. EPI team member will complete an initial assessment, Mini-SIPS, SIPS, additional assessment tools, and outcome measures for clients that meet program criteria to begin within 5 business days of initial screening. EPI team shall conduct follow up assessments at six months and 12 months with enrolled clients with indicated screening tools and outcome measures as required by LACDMH. Division/Program Overview: Community-Based and Family Centered programs. TEAMMATES offers Wraparound, Intensive Field Capable Clinical Services (IFCCS) and EPI 24 hours of referral receipt, and services are delivered countywide by the same team 24-hour Crisis Intervention SED Children and Adolescent driven program. Client and Family driven program with mutually agreed by service provider and family. Contract with DMH and Child Protected Services and Probation.
