Job Title: Maintainence Technician

Location: Florence, KY

Shift: (6:30 AM – 4:00 PM) | Mon–Fri

Pay Rate: $22- $24/ hr

Job Description:

Join a leading manufacturing team where you'll play a key role in maintaining equipment, improving facility reliability, and supporting production excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Perform maintenance, repair, installation, and upgrades of production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
Conduct facility inspections and equipment assessments to identify potential risks and improvements.
Lead space modification projects including layout adjustments, moves, and expansions.
Implement predictive, preventive, and proactive maintenance plans.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality systems through proper documentation and reporting.
Contribute to long-term reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
A safety-first mindset and attention to compliance standards.
