Machinist

Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Pay Range: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking skilled Machinists in Louisville, Kentucky. These full-time positions encompass direct hire, short-term, and long-term contract opportunities with employers who prioritize precision, reliability, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Set up and operate machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment.
• Measure, examine, and test completed units to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with CNC machinery and programming is a plus.
• Experience with G & M-Code is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
