Precision Welding and Installation LLC is seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Structural Steel Welders, Metal Fabricators, Iron Workers, Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Installers

Qualifications:
•Proven experience in the relevant trade.
•Certified welding or metal fabrication is required.
•Strong knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
•Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
•Multi-skilled in other trades is a plus.
Requirements:
•Consistent work history with verifiable references (Job hoppers are not encouraged to apply).
•Strong work ethic and reliability.
•Ability to work in a team and independently.
•Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks.
