Sodexo is seeking a General Manager - Food for Clark Atlanta University located in Atlanta, Georgia. Clark Atlanta University is a HBCU that is located next to Spelman and Morehouse College. The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day food operations of this high-volume account. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations;
  • Deliver high quality food service;
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • Develop strategic plans;

What You Bring

  • A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
  • Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for high-level customer service;
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed;
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS), The Market Connection (TMC), and proficiency in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates.
