As a General Manager at Sodexo , you’ll lead and manage all aspects of food service operations for the Honda North America Headquarters in Torrance, California , including 2 full-service cafés, coffee service, and a micro-market. In addition to overseeing daily operations, you will be responsible for building out a comprehensive catering program to support on-site events and client needs. Your expertise in budgeting, strategic planning, team development, and client relations will drive success. You’ll oversee a team of 10 associates and a team of culinary managers, ensuring excellence in service and operations.
