Seeking a Financial Planning Associate to you our clients growing Wealth Management team

Your role:

• Partner closely with financial advisors to create and maintain customized financial plans for clients.
• Develop and foster relationships with clients by assessing financial goals and delivering tailored advice on strategies, products, and planning techniques.
• Analyze financial data to build and update comprehensive financial plans (retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning).
• Monitor financial markets and trends to proactively provide the most relevant planning solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals to deliver seamless, holistic service.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and financial planning summaries to support client meetings.
• Maintain a high level of service and responsiveness with a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in wealth management or private banking.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses.
• Currently hold or willing to obtain your CFP
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, markets, and wealth management strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
• Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
• Experience with planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) is a plus.
