Gaithersburg, MD | Full-Time | Base + Commission
Do you live and breathe events? Do you know how to walk into an empty space and instantly envision lighting, floral, centerpieces, AV, and the full guest experience? We’re looking for a powerhouse Event Sales & Design Executive to join our team and help bring unforgettable events to life.

Electric Events DC is a full-service event production company offering lighting, AV, drape, lounge, decor, photo booths, dance floors, and more. We're growing fast — and we need someone who can sell our vision while sculpting unforgettable spaces for our clients.
The Role:
This is not just a sales job — it’s a creative leadership role. You'll be expected to:
Design and sell full-scale event experiences
Leverage your network to drive new business
Build long-term relationships with planners, venues, and clients
Manage incoming leads and existing accounts
Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth production and flawless execution
You Are:
Deeply connected in the event, hospitality, or entertainment industry
A creative thinker with strong visual design instincts
Comfortable selling six-figure event packages
Skilled at both client relationship management and business development
A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
