We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Sterile Technician / Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental office. This position is essential for maintaining the highest standards of instrument sterilization and supporting our team of dental professionals, including 4 hygienists, 2 doctors, and 4 dental assistants. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop into an experienced dental assistant while working closely with our doctors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full instrument sterilization in accordance with established protocols
- Assist dental professionals in preparing for procedures and patient care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sterilization area
- Support the dental team in various tasks as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
