Title: Lead Early Childhood Teacher

Location: Several locations in the Columbus, OH area

Salary: $21-23.28/hr (flexible based on experience and education

Must Haves:

• Education: CDA in Infant and Toddlers; Minimum Associate's in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience: 1+ year of experience teaching children ages 0-5 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with employment laws to ensure nondiscriminatory and legally compliant practices.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Nurturing Learning Environments: Cultivate enriching educational experiences tailored to children ages 0-3. You'll plan and execute activities that foster social, cognitive, physical, and emotional development, laying a strong foundation for their future growth.
• Guidance and Support: Provide mentorship and direction to Teacher Assistants and volunteers, ensuring alignment with educational standards. Your expertise will empower them to deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the Head Start Performance Standards.
• Parent Engagement: Foster strong partnerships with families to support each child's educational journey. Through parent conferences and regular engagement, you'll actively involve parents in their child's development, addressing challenges and celebrating achievements.
