Job Description

Title: Compensation Analyst

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Pay-rate : $42/hour

Job Description ::

  • End-to-End Grant Cycle Administration for Equity and Cash: Manage the entire grant cycle timeline and processes, from defining requirements in Workday, auditing and validating equity awards to ensure data integrity, and seeking approval on final grants from various stakeholders.
  • Program Management: Ensure we have up to date process documents, grant plans, guidance for associates, Source pages, and KBA articles
  • ESPP and Cash Plan Budget & Financial Oversight: Collaboratively calculate, track, and manage the annual budget for equity programs, including handling quarterly cash plan accruals and optimizing spend.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal teams such as the People team, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and HRBPs to ensure the seamless execution of equity and cash plan programs.
  • Acquisitions & Employee Transitions: Provide support on the treatment of equity and cash plans during company acquisitions and employee mission moves.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Maintain a comprehensive list of required filings and/or reporting and collaborate with relevant parties to ensure all compliance obligations are met in a timely manner.
  • Mobility & International Transfers: Work closely with the mobility team and external tax advisors to manage the equity implications of employee international transfers, including determining the handling of unvested RSUs and calculating blended tax rates.
  • Stakeholder Support & Inquiry Resolution: Serve as the subject matter expert and key collaborator, in partnership with the People Helpdesk and Compensation Operations, to address inquiries regarding Equity, ESPP, and cash grants and ensure we are refining & growing our Knowledge base in Service Now.
  • Communication & Enablement: Develop and deliver clear communications to employees regarding their eligibility for ESPP and Equity plans, as well as updates and enhancements to these programs.
