Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Job Description The department at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital seeks a Program Manager to serve as a key operational contact. Responsibilities include managing the operational and administrative aspects of the Program, collaborating with department leaders and clinical representatives to develop and coordinate operations, and providing project management and process improvement support to the Clinical Informatics Department. Essential Job Functions: Ensure Documentation Standards and Policies are current and align with Billing, Compliance, Epic, and Foundation System standards. Facilitate Documentation Optimization, leading core teams to standardize documentation practices. Manage performance of documentation initiatives and adherence to templates. Lead annual review and maintenance of downtime templates. Coordinate and lead Clinical Informatics Documentation Projects annually. Manage documentation goals and metrics performance. Support AI documentation tools implementation and ongoing support. Collaborate with leadership to develop processes, conduct research, and recommend program improvements. Oversee operational aspects of the program and assist in deploying new functions. Seek innovative ways to improve quality, service, and systems. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and reports. Work effectively across organizational levels. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred. 1-2 years project management experience, with ability to manage projects within budget and timeline. Minimum 4 years experience with applications, systems analysis, and healthcare-related systems. Preferred experience in healthcare planning, marketing, product management, or business development. Experience managing remote patient monitoring programs is a plus. Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills. Self-motivated with excellent communication and customer service skills.
