About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Academic Officer (CAO) - Provost to join its dynamic community. The successful candidate will be a visionary and entrepreneurial executive, combining strategic thinking with a solid business acumen to enhance personalized learning experiences for students. The CAO will be responsible for the overall delivery of learning experiences, both online and on the main campus, and must be fully engaged in promoting diversity of thought and ideas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic management, with a focus on exceptional student success and a commitment to a student-centric, personalized educational experience. They should be an unconventional thinker, passionate about developing the campus community, and comfortable leading in a non-hierarchical environment. The role requires a leader with outstanding communication skills, a high level of integrity, and a leadership style that is effective in both on-site and hybrid settings. A doctorate or terminal degree in a relevant discipline, along with a minimum of 10 years' academic management experience, is preferred.
