We are in search of a Cherry Picker / Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Hours: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18 - $20.00/hr

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a reliable equipment operator who is proficient with stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers . Candidates must be detail-oriented, capable of using a scan gun and computer, and comfortable performing basic math. This role involves operating equipment and assisting with order picking and staging for production.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Operate stand-up forklift and cherry picker to pick, stage, and move materials
• Use a scan gun and computer system to track inventory and complete assignments
• Return unused items to warehouse storage
• Put away and bin locate newly received stock
• Maintain order backlogs for production areas and coordinate with various departments
• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST have experience driving a stand-up forklift
• MUST have experience driving a cherry picker/order picker
• MUST be able to read, write, and speak English
• MUST be comfortable with basic math (add, subtract, multiply)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Warehouse operations
• Scan gun and inventory system usage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, eager to learn, and team-oriented
