WHO WE SEEK
We're looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and collaborative Creative Project Manager to help manage and produce brand and digital projects from concept to completion. This role is key in bridging the gap between our internal creative team and our clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on strategy, and with the highest quality.
You’ll be working alongside designers, strategists, and developers to help bring brand identities, websites, and UI/UX experiences to life. The right person is someone who understands how to manage creative workflows and can anticipate client needs while keeping the team focused and supported.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage day-to-day operations across multiple creative projects, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations
Serve as the main point of contact for clients—gathering feedback, understanding goals, and translating needs into actionable steps for the team
Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to produce brand identity systems, websites, UI/UX deliverables, wireframes, and more
Develop project timelines, scopes of work, and resource plans
Lead internal check-ins, creative reviews, and client presentations
Ensure all creative output aligns with strategic objectives and brand standards
Identify and resolve project risks or issues before they impact delivery
QUALIFICATIONS
3–5+ years of experience managing creative or digital projects in an agency or similar environment
Solid understanding of branding, design systems, UI/UX principles, and web development processes
Experience working with brand identity design, wireframes, and responsive web design
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to talk to clients and creatives alike
Experience with tools like Asana, Figma, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once without losing track of the details
A calm, confident, solutions-oriented approach under pressure
