You’ll also mentor future BCBA/BCaBAs, shaping the next generation of behavior analysts.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, related service staff, and RBTs to implement ABA strategies in real-world settings
• Provide clinical supervision and support for those pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certification
• Guide staff in data collection, analysis, and adjusting strategies based on measurable progress
• Train and coach team members in trauma-informed, person-centered ABA practices
• Participate in staff evaluations, program development, and research initiatives
• Advocate for the dignity, safety, and rights of every student and family you serve
What You Bring
• Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) + Rhode Island Behavior Analyst License
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in ABA programs for individuals with autism
• Proven experience mentoring, coaching, and leading interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of current research and best practices in ABA, including ethical and culturally competent care
• Experience with curriculum development and data-driven decision making
• Strong communication skills—with students, families, and partners
You’re a Great Fit If You...
• Love helping others grow—students and colleagues alike
• Value inclusion, advocacy, and person-centered practices
• Thrive in fast-paced environments that require flexibility and problem-solving
• See data as a powerful storytelling tool
• Want to work with a team that makes a real difference—every single day
What We Offer
We take care of our team so you can take care of others.
• 13 paid holidays + vacation, sick & personal time
• Medical, dental & vision coverage
• Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)
• 403(b) retirement plan
• Employer-paid life insurance & voluntary long-term disability
• Tuition reimbursement
• Pet insurance, AAA & Verizon discounts
