What You'll Do: As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you'll help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments.

Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior Analyst
Coach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goals
Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goals
Participate in team meetings, including Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings
Maintain contact with care providers, such as outpatient therapists or ICC teams
Complete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress
Maintain productivity targets and compliance with agency standards
Who You Are: Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of experience working with youth and families
- OR - Associate's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant direct service experience
Strong communication skills and a desire to support others
Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred)
Ability to implement behavioral strategies and work collaboratively with families
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
Must be 21 years or older
