Remote work is allowed. char Role Overview We seek an experienced medical group expert to join Chartis as an Associate P artner in our High Performing Medical Group practice, aligned to our Clinical Transformation line of business . Associate P artners are integral members of our firm’s leadership team, contributing to firm-building efforts while managing 1-2 consulting engagements at a time. Engagements vary in duration and are supported by teams of Consultants and Analysts. Within our High Performing Medical Group practice, we work with clients to address the essential capabilities of a high performing medical group and prioritize the path forward to greater value . The Associate Partner will lead a variety of complex projects in the areas of O perational and F inancial P erformance, A lignment for G rowth, and L eadership, G overnance and I nfrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Lead the problem-solving process and day-to-day management of engagement teams, including overseeing teams’ analysis and deliverables, often coordinating with subcontractors as well as consulting team members. • Apply thought leadership to client engagements, generating actionable insights that drive meaningful improvement for the firm’s clients, developing frameworks and approaches with broad potential impact . • Build and maintain client relationships drawing upon healthcare knowledge and insights to address issues within and beyond the scope of specific consulting engagements . • Create sophisticated, compelling communications that motivate clients to action . • Act as a coach and mentor to junior staff, rapidly developing their skills and knowledge through an apprenticeship-based development model . • Help build the firm’s portfolio of business through support of client proposals, participation in industry events, and other marketing activities . • Contribute to firm initiatives focused on talent (e.g., recruiting, training), knowledge (e.g., IP development, white papers) , and other core areas . Qualifications and Desired Skills
  • At least 10 years working with healthcare providers on strategic and/or operational initiatives, including recent medical group advisory experience and 3+ years managing others • Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH) • Prior management consulting experience preferred • Experience leading operational initiatives such as financial performance improvement, physician enterprise transformation, and access • Intellectual horsepower that drives distinctive consultation to clients and enduring contributions to the firm • Superior communicator able to convey insights in a way that motivates clients to action • Outstanding people leader, adept at attracting, motivating, and developing consulting professionals and blending them into high-functioning teams • Solid track record of developing and managing strong client relationships and leveraging those relationships into high-impact engagements • Motivated and driven by mission;genuinelyseeks to materially impact healthcare for the better • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint . • Ability to travel as needed Salary range: $ 215,000 – $230,000 plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
