Personal Injury Attorney

Location: On-Site (Houston, TX)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience. You will handle a variety of personal injury matters including slip and falls, slip and fall, dog bites, and trucking accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, and other negligence claims.
• Handle all phases of litigation—from initial client intake and case evaluation through settlement or trial.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, ensuring they understand their rights and options throughout the legal process.
• Draft and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Strong litigation skills, including courtroom experience and trial preparation.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, dependent on experience.
