This role supports MassageLuXe's Mission and Values, focusing on profitable financial management, effective leadership, excellent customer service, and supervision of department standards. The ideal candidate must possess strong business and organizational skills, creative energy, and the ability to motivate a diverse spa team. Experience in sales, particularly membership sales, and staff training on sales techniques are essential. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting in screening and selecting qualified spa staff, setting performance expectations, providing ongoing feedback, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews. Leading service professionals by coaching and counseling to achieve performance goals. Selling spa memberships and leading the team to meet sales targets. Creating a supportive, professional environment that exceeds guest and staff expectations. Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail. Maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance, leading by example. Overseeing operations across Massage, Skincare, Guest Reception, Spa Retail, and Community Outreach departments. Collaborating with upper management to develop financial strategies to increase revenue and control expenses, including budgeting, inventory management, staffing, and operational adjustments. Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory, deposits, communication, and reporting. Working a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Demonstrating strong organizational, planning, and computer skills. Having knowledge of all spa services and product lines, and promoting the health and wellness benefits of massage and facials. Developing and enforcing standard operating procedures to maintain luxury spa standards. Developing programs, marketing initiatives, and promotions to increase revenue and enhance guest experience. Supporting public relations efforts and responding to media inquiries. Establishing partnerships with vendors for pricing, support, training, and promotions. Performing additional duties as needed based on business requirements. Most tasks are performed indoors. The role requires walking, giving directions, maneuvering between functions, and physical activities including grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
