Administrative Assistant - Landscape Construction

Southern California | Full-Time | $24-$30/hour (depending on skill level and experience)


Pierre Landscape is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented , and eager to build a long-term career in the landscape construction industry.

This role includes a structured 3-year development path to grow into advanced roles such as Senior Estimator , Project Engineer , or Project Manager .
What You'll Do

Provide administrative support to the Production and Estimating Departments
Manage job files , subcontractor paperwork, and vendor documents
Assist with submittals, purchase orders, RFIs, and change orders
Support estimating tasks , including:

• Gathering vendor quotes and pricing
• Preparing quantity takeoffs
• Assisting with bid preparation and bid day support
• Organizing plans, specs, and bid documents

Track and update project schedules and material deliveries
Coordinate communication between field and office teams
Maintain records for compliance and project closeouts
Who We're Looking For

Entry-level candidates looking to build a long-term career
Bachelor's degree preferred in Landscape Construction , Construction Management , or a related field
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office ; exposure to Procore or similar software is a plus
Professional communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Compensation & Growth Path

24-$30/hour , based on skill level and experience
