We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an entry-level hybrid flexible position, offering the opportunity to build a career in sales and account management within the biotech industry. You will work closely with a supportive team, leveraging collaboration and communication to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. While this position is hybrid, we strongly emphasize team culture and collaboration. You will be a key part of a team that values openness, communication, and collective success.

Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Houston, TX and its surrounding areas (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, leveraging scientific expertise to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Present reagents and contract research services effectively, collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets while staying updated on industry trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies.
  • Travel within the Houston, TX area to visit clients, ensuring strong customer relationships and personalized service.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support team objectives and business needs, including but not limited to assisting with cross-functional projects and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for effective engagement with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experiences in Life Science or Pharmaceutical, or a related field is a plus.
  • Preferably based in or within commutable distance to Houston, TX with the ability to travel locally to meet with clients.
  • Must be able to lift and move 25-50 lbs.
