This job is 100% on-site in Columbia, SC Our direct client has an opening for a Salesforce Administrator (ID: 10971-1). This position is up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension, located in Columbia, SC. W2 employment only; Corp-to-Corp arrangements are not permitted for this client. Responsibilities include: Providing online training and user support, currently used by 4-6 years of experience users. Dealing effectively with technical peers, management, users, vendors, and staff, communicating clearly in spoken and written forms. Required Skills (ranked by importance): At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, focusing on daily maintenance tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills (ranked by importance): Experience creating and managing Salesforce sandbox environments. Proficiency in promoting code modifications and updates across Salesforce environments. Familiarity with external integrations such as AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD.
